Proximity to the customer and innovation: Cramaro will be at IAA 2024 with confirmations and news.
From 17 through 22 September 2024 Cramaro will be in Hannover for the new edition of IAA TRANSPORTATION. At stand E20 in hall 27 visitors will learn more about our service network and the recent developments with Cramaro tarpaulin systems.
Everything, beginning with the stand, is characterised by innovation that follows a path of tradition. Redesigned since the last edition, the stand welcomes the visitor and serves as a backdrop for the two pillars of the company vision: customer service and product innovation.
"At Cramaro, research and product development start by carefully listening to the needs of our customers", says Matteo Gianazza, CEO of Cramaro Group. "At IAA 2024 we want to present the response to these needs."
The service point network
Proximity to the customer is a central value for Cramaro. The service network currently includes over 300 authorized service points, with around 60 in Germany alone. "Thanks to this strategic partnership with local service points we are able to offer our customers fast, qualified and local service," says Jens Schrijver, Managing Director of Cramaro Deutschland.
To give space and value to our local partners and continue a constructive and far-sighted dialogue in person, we decided to dedicate a special corner to them at the stand where we can share feedback and take a photo together.
Products news
Cabriolé and Over-Quick, two of the most iconic and tested tarpaulin systems in the Cramaro range, will be protagonists with new features and product additions, first and foremost a special technology to support operators in the asphalt industry.
“The market is constantly evolving and so are our products,” explains Jens Schrijver. “This year we are proud to present two of our most popular systems in a renewed format, aimed at increasing the technological performance of the product and simplifying the operators' work.”
